THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PROVABLE ANTECEDENTLESS COMBUSTION,  OR COMBUSTION WITHOUT AN ACTUAL CAUSE; ALL THINGS HAVE A CAUSE  OR SOURCE FOR THEIR VERY BEING.  THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS  ANTECEDENTLESSLY (WITHOUT ANCESTOR OR BEGINNING) ESTABLISHED RIGHTS, or Rights established without prior  knowledge or reason, or without cause, or ancestral source, or source by lineage, or distinct definition as to from whom obtained, handed down from person to person, either  personally, or by some means of either written or other format.  All Rights, therefore, must have their establishment in Facts preceding their establishment, therefore the Knowledge yielding forth those said Facts must be availed, or brought forward, by someone, so that those persons of later disposition and opportunity can rely thereon, and use the same, accordingly.

This process of "availing, or bringing forward" a Right to another time, to be received  and relied upon or used thereafter by a person or persons, for any purpose whatsoever, is  known as the due process of "inheritance."

The Courts of the United States, then, inherited their Knowledge - not having had it of  themselves - to the Rights to the Inherent Power to Declare Contempt of Court, from Old  Time England, from back in the Seventeen Hundreds, from specific acts of contempt  against the writ of the King's Seal (see Corpus Juris Secundum - 17, §43, pp 108),  thereafter treated, by the King's consent and under his authority, as a contempt against  the King, and subsequently as a contempt of his courts,  and therefore under the  sovereignty of the King.  The King inherited his sovereignty from the kings before him,  who first received their sovereignty, ultimately, from the People who chose them, who received their sovereignty from Adam and Eve, who first received their sovereignty from  God, having been given just and true and total dominion, or power, over all things of the earth.

Thus, the very principles establishing the Right to that Inherent Power to declare Contempt, arose first - from Sovereignty, for Sovereignty, and by Sovereignty -the same being first embodied within the Sovereignty of the People, who yet received the same from  the Sovereignty possessed by Adam and Eve, who in turn received their Sovereignty  accordingly from God  . . . . . . .   (Genesis 1: 28) -  ". . .  and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of  the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the  earth." (italics added)

Therefore, the Right to this Sovereignty exists specifically for a righteous People, when  such People shall righteously execute their Sovereign Rights under the laws and powers  of God, being a matter of their Inheritance, and no court in any nation or land has the right  over the Inherent Power of Contempt except by the Will of the Sovereign People, for the  Power came not in old time from the dominant Will of the courts themselves, but from the  permission, the will, and the decision of the King (of England), to permit those courts to embrace the Power that ultimately lay in his domain alone.

A NEW POWER IS REVEALED.  The Sovereign People of the United States of America - having first paid for their Right to  Sovereignty by their own Sovereign Blood - hold ALL KEYS of such Sovereignty  accordingly, and having embodied such Sovereignty in the Constitution of the United  States, stand as supreme over ALL creations thereunder; and thus ALL Powers to declare - not contempt of court as was established under the kings - but "Contempt of Constitution" is retained exclusively in their Sovereign Hands alone -  to punish corrupt government for its Contempts of THEIR Constitution in accordance to  the seriousness of their Acts.  It is plainly evident that Contempt of Constitution must be superior in every respect to any power purported or claimed under contempt of court, for Contempt of Constitution is the direct and prevailing power of the people themselves, whoever they may be, and the powers of contempt of court are under the all-powerful power of Contempt of Constitution.
 
Now this Fact of Sovereign Right to Sovereign Power to Declare "Contempt of Constitution," is embodied and embraced in the Ninth Amendment of the Constitution, as  an understood but unnumbered Right and can NOT be blotted out, neither can it be  invalidated as to its real existence, for We the People, by our "persistent will" to oppose  tyranny and corruption, have determined it to be so, and will continue to do so, for ever and ever, even according to the will of God.

Still yet, there is more to these concepts of Sovereign Authority, Sovereign Power, and  Sovereign Rights, for this principle of - Sovereignty of the People - is not exclusive unto  the People of the United States alone.  The truth is that the concept of Sovereignty, upon  this earth, rests ultimately in the hands of the People alone, the People in ALL nations,  not just the United States of America.  Therefore, those Kings and other Heads of State  retain that very Sovereignty, which they hold, solely by the providence of the People in  their respective countries, being the true Sovereigns therein.  And as previously  established, the first privilege of Sovereignty, or rights to administrate for and lead the  People in their daily affairs, was provided unto the very first King of the world by the Sovereign People themselves . . . . . from the Sovereignty that they, by the Inherent Right  of their Creation, held in exclusivity to all other matters . . . . and no matter whether one holds such Creation to have been established by God - or not -  this principle of the Sovereignty of All Mankind, or Of The People - the Citizens of every nation upon the  earth - still holds true.  Therefore, what was once given unto Kings or Heads of State can,  by Still Sovereign Right - - STILL be taken back by the Sovereign People of each and  every land or nation accordingly.

And whatsoever King or Head of State shall deny this fact shall be removed by those same Sovereign People accordingly, for at no time in any known history has there ever  existed a record or contract establishing the irreversible right of Kings to reign over or  govern the People, or to exist at all, to the degree that those self same People could not  Take Back their own Sovereignty unto themselves, with the exclusive rights thereafter to  redefine how they might use their Sovereignty as they alone should determine.

Therefore, any attempt or act by any such King or Head of State to SPEAK OUT, and to deny the People in their respective countries, those Rights to the INHERENT POWER of Sovereignty, should be expelled or cast out, even by the right and power of TRUE SOVEREIGNTY, which, inasmuch as it was theirs at the time of that Great and Beginning Creation, the People of each and every country upon the earth STILL have the unalienable Right to Take Back what they originally gave -  . .  .  .  .   not - gave away.

Wherefore, they, the People in each and every country upon the earth, have the inalienable and inherent right to recall both the authority and the power of sovereignty at any time that they alone choose, for no contract or  agreement was ever made in the beginning that prohibited the Sovereign People of this world from recalling the same, both legally and lawfully, to the same extent that they would have the right to recall any other legal matter pertaining to their true and sovereign Jurisdiction.

And if it should so be that those Kings and Heads of State should wish to deny this undeniable truth, and if by the will of the People therein, voiced in Sovereign Opposition there-unto, such Kings and Heads of State should refuse to be expelled therefrom accordingly,  . . . . . . . they should then be beheaded in their own places.

How then will those corrupt Heads of States, or Kings now answer unto the ends of the earth?  For Sovereignty came not first by their own wills, but by Sovereign People making Sovereign Decisions to entrust into the hands of one person chosen the Rights which those self-same People chose to place into their hands, but only and purely as a matter of Trust.

This, then, establishes that the principles of all kingdoms are a matter of Pure Trust, such trust being lawfully breakable when such Trust shall have been violated by those Kings or Heads of State, at the sole discretion or will of the true Sovereign People.

And the fact that the existence of all such kingdoms, or nations, or states, are only Trusts of the Sovereign People in each and every land, accordingly, therefore the principles upon which that True Sovereignty exists among those self same Sovereign People is that which constitutes the common will, and is based upon their own common understandings, hopes, and aspirations or determinations, among the People - held commonly in their hearts.  Therefore the TRUE Sovereignty of a Sovereign People rests or is embodied in a Constitution - among them established -  . . . . . . for all Constitutions are First Written Upon the Hearts of the People Before They Are Ever Written Upon Paper.

Therefore, the People in all nations, lands, kingdoms, states, and so forth, have among themselves, one and all, constitutions, such constitutions, if they are righteous ones, having been created for them in their hearts, by the God of Heaven, or by their Unalienable Creator, at the time of their Creation, and it is subsequently not required that they, those self-same Sovereign People, must write it down first before the same must be recognized, for in the beginning, they, the Sovereign People, gave, not gave away, their Sovereign Rights and Powers, into the hands of government, or unto the creation of the first King.

ALL countries and nations of this earth, even if they are not aware of it, are under a constitution, even though not specifically written.  And one principle of each such constitution is the unalienable principles or Rights that are embodied in the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, the requirement that no punishment for crime, even Sovereign Crimes such as Contempt of Constitution is, be either cruel or unusual.
 
This Eighth (8th) Amendment provision is, in reality, in principle, a universal Right of all mankind, and is not limited to the People of the United States of America.  However, if the Kings and Heads of State or Governments of the World shall determine that the People therein have no constitution in their own land, and therefore no constitutional Rights, such a determination shall also mean that there is no (zero) equivalent Eighth (8th) Amendment principles or Rights, which also applies to them (the Kings and Heads of State) in the cases of the Crime of Contempt of Constitution, a quasi crime with many different faces, or aspects, as many different forms as there are contempts.

THEREFORE, there is NO restraint whatsoever as to what the true Sovereign People therein have the Supreme Sovereign Rights to do to such corrupt government officials, nothing preventing the Sovereign People from doing whatever they desire unto corrupt government officials and the like; NO DEGREE of cruelty or unusualness that they may NOT go to or use, and cannot be considered as being unrighteous in the sight of God for the prosecution of just Law (Contempt Of The Sovereign People - - their continued, indestructible, unwritten Constitution) {or else the deliberate lack of a just Law} . . . . for God upholds the Rights of the People to sustain and prosecute the just Law of the Land - whatever that just Law may be (refer to my booklet titled - "One – Hundred - One (101) Tortures To The Death, To Be Used On Corrupt Government Officials, Wherever They May Be Found, In The Event That They Should Ultimately Deny The True Authority Of The Constitution Of The United States Of America, Thereby Eliminating The Eighth Amendment, Which Is The ONLY Part Thereof Which PROTECTS THEM (Government Officials) From US (The Sovereign Citizens)," the People having been denied their Unalienable Rights to the highest form of Law - a Constitution among themselves of their own choosing and make [the Principle established by this booklet hereby extends to all nations on the Earth] . . . . . . UNTIL such time as it shall be recognized and agreed to by the corrupt Kings or Heads of State therein, that those Sovereign People therein do indeed have a Constitution, though unwritten, similar, in its Unalienable Nature, unto the Constitution of the United States of America.

And ONLY when such unwritten Inherent Constitution is brought back or returned into the hands of those self-same Sovereign People, whether or not such Constitution shall become written thereafter, ONLY THEN can these ultimate and unrestrained Rights to Rage against all unrighteous Monarchs and other Heads of State be quelled, since they, those self-same corrupted Monarchs or Heads of State, have NO actual record that a contract of ancient origin exists, or ever existed, establishing their rights in government to the contrary, whatsoever, establishing that the Sovereign People therein in such alleged contract, from and of themselves, gave unto them - the Kings or Heads of State - (or unto their subsequent ancestors) their utmost power, without possibility of reversal or recall.

THE REVEALING OF A HIDDEN TRUTH, HERETOFORE UNKNOWN.  The first gift unto all mankind, mankind being the spiritual children of God, or his offspring, was the gift of Free Agency, but which gift of Rights, accordingly, was forthwith embodied in a Constitution, a Constitution whose existence was before the Constitution that we now know and profess, a - Celestial Constitution ! - such Celestial Constitution being the Constitution of God, being a gift from God, by God, in accordance to His great and mighty works, unto His children, that He might show forth His love by establishing a House of Order; Free Agency itself therefore being under or embodied in The Celestial Constitution, which Celestial Constitution is without beginning or end, for it is Eternal.

And it is under this Celestial Constitution that the Constitution of the United States of America - and all other natural, righteous and true constitutions of mankind, since the beginning of the time of Adam - has been authorized, as an ongoing Article thereof, and all Constitutions, both formal and informal, both small and great, are subject to being taken back up into The Celestial Constitution at the end of time, or this mortal probation which has been hewn out for the children of Man, or for mankind, accordingly, and it is by the principles, provisions, and requirements of The Celestial Constitution that ministers, angels, priests, prophets, saints, kings, governments, beliefs, tongues, nations, and People, both as individuals and as a collective body, true and false, will be finally judged, for it is under The Celestial Constitution that the Book of Life itself, and the Books of the Judgments for all, is established and exists, and all people of mankind, of all races, creeds, tongues, nationalities and denominations thereof, both small and great, will be judged, being part of our Agreement between ourselves and with the Eternal God and Father of us all, to be so judged according to that which was written for us before the beginning. . 

That anyone should deny the existence and truthfulness of The Celestial Constitution would be unthinkable, ludicrous and spurious, for if there is no Celestial Constitution, there can be no Order in Heaven, neither was there, and if there is no Order in Heaven, where is God, for God cannot be where Order is not.

And it was under the power of Contempt of Celestial Constitution, a Celestial Criminal Offense, that the two thirds found the Right to prosecute and cast out the one third, for it is well said; "The greater weight of intelligence - barring all deception and bearing all truth openly accordingly - is valid," and no power or measure can detract from this principle, except it come from God Himself, alone.
 
For, for this cause was the Celestial Constitution first created, that the children of the grand beginning might have peace accordingly, that there might be continued order in Heaven - and that right might prevail over that wicked which was and is to come  - having been caused to be created by God the Father himself, and given as a charge unto the Son, that He might bring forth a portion thereof upon this earth, that He might govern all things according to that which is good, and to do all things that were necessary according to the plan of salvation which was made for man, and that all of the children of God might know that His righteousness, as a matter of principles and laws and justice and mercy, bearing His truth in all things and establishing a house of order, being embodied in the Celestial Constitution - having no beginning nor end, will reign forever and ever.  Amen.

And let it now be understood by all men everywhere that every man and every woman, and by every child of accountability, upon the earth that all of these are now, and will be hereafter, subject to the laws and the principles that are contained in this greatest and holiest of all Constitutions, even the Celestial Constitution - and none can escape it, no, not one.

And it is because of these things that the Constitution of the United States of America was and is inspired, so far as it has been so correctly interpreted to this last day, and it is because of this that the words of the inspired First Written Constitution of this Earth are akin to scripture, for there is indeed a kindred between those words of Constitution first written by the Founding Fathers and the Celestial Constitution from which their authorized inspiration sprang, for all words that are inspired must be inspired only by the direct authority from the Law of God, which Law is embodied in the Celestial Constitution, a record being kept in Heaven of all such inspiration, so that none can call that which is good, not good.  And there are different levels of inspiration for humanity, some words for a few, some for a great many, and some words for all. Therefore was the Law prepared for the earth before the earth was prepared for the law.

Before the beginning was the Law, and the Law was God, and the Law was with God.  And whatsoever word went forth from God, whether written or spoken, became Law, and was Law, and is Law, and will be forever.  And the Law that was from God was and is the Celestial Constitution of God, being held in righteousness among his children, which Celestial Constitution He organized before the beginning. And the Law of God, even the Celestial Constitution, from which all other righteous constitutions sprang, and are made or authorized, was made that it might serve the children of God, even the most high God, for beside Him there is NONE.

Wherefore, no law is higher than the Law of God, which is His Celestial Constitution, therefore all creatures are subject to it, except those creatures who will not, for they are cast out because they have rebelled, and regarded not God nor His word.

Thus, all good words, and all words of Law, whether the law of man or the Law of God, when spoken or written by divine inspiration, come from God.  And no law of man, neither his words, can supercede or pass by the Law of God, for God's Law is eternal.

Behold His words have no beginning and no end; neither can any man escape them, and judges and lawyers shall be judged of them as any other man, as will kings, monarchs, principalities, dominions, and powers, and for those who have done wisely according to His words, it shall be established unto them according to their works; but those who have spurned His Law and twisted his Words shall have His wrath poured out upon them, except they repent.

This part is not new, for it has already been spoken by the mouths of many prophets before this time.  And all of His prophets have spoken only that which they were authorized to speak, which words were spoken in understanding; God does not provide His words or His Law unto His children through ignorance, for a prophet is and was, each one being chosen by God from the beginning, a man mighty in intelligence, even though the world might not observe it to be so, for intelligence speaks unto intelligence, and the higher intelligence cannot speak unto the lower intelligence, except that the lower intelligence be able to have understanding, even as light can penetrate the darkness, but cannot add to it, for light can add only to light, and where there is not light, intelligence is not, and darkness reigneth, in which darkness is much misery.

Wherefore His prophets, even His true prophets, whether of old or of these last days, have been, and are, men of great intelligence, wisdom and understanding, they having great light, and knowing and believing His word, or his Law within themselves, it being their duty from before the beginning to present that light unto God's children, which are the inhabitants of the earth, in accordance to His directions, which are either His divine inspiration or His direct revelations.
 
This then was the Law before the law was unto this earth, and was the Law from whence all laws came, being the Law of God, even the Father, and it was from this self same Law that the power of sovereignty was delegated unto Adam and Eve.  And the power of this sovereignty now exists upon the earth, as does the power of constitution through and from the existence of The Celestial Constitution, for it is by the power of Contempt of Constitution that the children of Man, even the children of God, may purge the earth from all unrighteousness.   May it be so, and may the God of Heaven give all power necessary unto His children to begin that cleansing in accordance to His word.  Amen.
 

So a constitution of and among the people of the earth, whether or not written, when any such constitution exists in righteousness, in whatever nation or country the same shall appear or arise, is authorized by God, such authority of constitution being established for government accordingly, that government might be made good by such virtue as shall exist in the people thereof, and the power of such constitution is Contempt of Constitution, which power belongs solely to the people, except it be withdrawn from them at any time by God only. NOW if any King or other Head of State shall open his mouth at this, and go against it, he shall be in Contempt of Constitution - a criminal offense or sovereign crime - or crime against the true sovereignty - of those self-same Sovereign People - such People, being sovereign in the very beginning before the first "king" of this world, which he (or if  it shall be a woman who is a queen or an official of government, then she) serves accordingly, and may be dealt with as the Sovereign People of such land or nation alone may choose, likewise accordingly, so long as such prosecution for such Contempt is executed upon the basis of being neither cruel nor unusual, except that it shall be declared by such king or government that no constitution exists whatsoever, whereupon the power denying such cruel and unusual punishment shall have been abolished by the same act or declaration accordingly, and the Sovereign People may do unto such kings and governments according to the People's own wills and desires, without restraint, except that the existence and power and authority of constitution so abolished shall again be declared and restored.  But so long as the determination by the Sovereign People shall be less than this, the will of the Sovereign People alone shall rule, and such rule shall be by the power of justice, which justice cannot be denied except it shall be bought and paid for by mercy, which mercy is derived from grace, for Grace Is The Slide-Rule Of Mercy. 
 
Rule.  A measurement.  The first King, was indeed a "ruler," and as a "ruler," was provided a measure, as a yardstick, of responsibilities and duties and restraints to administrate over the Rights of the People, even the Sovereign People, to render back specific measures of those responsibilities as originally provided unto him, Rights that the People alone had placed into his hands, by Agreement, or Contract, in the first place.  And from this first Ruler (or ruler), or measure of authority, other rulers were likewise appointed, for just as there is the foot-long ruler and the yardstick, so were there different measures of authority also established, which lesser measures sprang from and were subject to the greater measure, or ruler, which ruler, still being only a measure of authority delegated by the People themselves, was originally subject to the ultimate will of the sovereign People themselves, for the chosen ruler and the various rulers thereunder were all subject unto the same Agreement, which Agreement was, and is, a matter of Contract.  Therefore, it is quite clear that all Kings and Governments, whether or not dictators, have the "right" to power, not by divine right, but only by divine privilege, rendered unto them through Adam and Eve, and through their subsequent posterity, if they have obtained it by the true and knowing will of the People only, the People of each generation being descended from the first Sovereign People to establish the first Sovereignty of any King upon this world known as the Earth.

All Kings and Governments, in whatever form they may appear, "rule" by strict measure, and may not lawfully exceed the limits of the measures provided them, in accordance to the Sovereign Constitutions constituting the hearts of the Sovereign People therein, even according to the measure or rule that the God of Creation has granted unto them, for all rules or measures come from God, and all powers and rights of Constitution come from Him also, and all Kings and Governments must answer unto Him for how they administered their Contracts as pertaining to such Sovereign Constitutions of the People accordingly.  And there is no government that is immune, no, not one, and no official therein who shall not be scorched, who shall have abused the Inherited, Inherent Contract of Trust, or Sovereign People of This Earth's Constitution, for if the People shall not have Power to rid themselves of this corruption, this cankerous evil, having been unlawfully subjugated thereunder, then God alone shall wield the Power of Contempt of Constitution for them, and the consequences therefor, shall be awful. 

Wherefore now, oh kings of the earth, where is your everlasting Contract, which binds your rights from the First Generation of the Earth - to establish the First Ruler, or one having a contractual Measure of Authority, or Rule, Down Unto The Current Generation?  Cry now, People everywhere.  Cry, and be lifted up.  Cry with your voices, until your voices sound mighty in a dark place, and cry.  "Where is your Contract?"  "Where is it, that we have not the right to withdraw it now, and rescind your rights and your de facto contract for evermore?"  "WHERE IS YOUR CONTRACT?!"   "WHERE???!!!!"

I now call for the people in all nations to declare this law of the earth, decree it unto the Kings and other like governments thereto, for the time has come for all kingdoms to SHUT THEIR MOUTHS, for the time of God, who is Christ, to return unto this world as King over all nations isat hand.  Therefore, Shut now Thy Mouth O' King, that thou mayest prosper, or continue so.

If the things that I now write are true, then let the truth now stand, for such truth shall continue forth unto the last day, that it may - by the power of Contempt of Constitution, be executed under the true Sovereign Hands of the People - purge the unrighteous from the ends of the earth, that the righteous, and those righteous at heart, may inherit the earth as God has promised.  But if I write not the truth, then I am shamed, and am ashamed, before God, and it is worthy that I should repent and be punished, else mercy should find me, a lowly sinner, and I be forgiven, for in these matters I mean harm to no one, but have hope only that the righteousness established in this land by our fore-fathers might be preserved, or restored again, and that kings and governments might repent ere it is too late.

Nevertheless, I am persuaded by all that I feel and do and know to be right and true in these matters, and by all perceptions and understandings and strivings, and with all humility, and confessing to my many weaknesses in doing so, that I am inspired to this understanding, and for this I give unrestrained glory unto God - that true and pure, original white light which He has so graciously given me by which to see my way, I yield back unto Him again, with all such amplification and abundance of which I am capable, for He has been kind to me in this matter, and I love Him with all my heart and am not ashamed, and I blame Him not for my mistakes and weaknesses, for suffice it to say that He has done the best with me that He could, and I fear not that which, except God be in it, would seek to destroy me, be it mankind or otherwise, for I am His alone to do with as He has deemed to Himself to be good, for His own ends and purposes, or that He shall deem hereafter, for in Satan's, or Lucifer's, hands I will NOT place myself for judgment, neither will I trust in his ways; in the just hands of God alone, and by His divinely chosen servants, shall I subject and submit myself for judgment, and of this last thing I will not repent.

Therefore, tremble, oh Kings of the Earth, and carefully hearken, oh Heads of State, ye principalities and powers now established among the children of men, for the day shall now come quickly, and now is, that you shall be held fully accountable by your own People for your sins upon them whom you have unjustly, unlawfully ruled, beyond measure - whereof you were given by the People in the beginning, and the consequences thereof shall be turned upon your own heads, and the consequences thereof, shall be awful.
