CHAPTER 1

WHAT I SAY NOW UNTO ONE, I SAY NOW UNTO ALL:

HEARKEN NOW, OH YOU RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD, EVEN TO THE FARTHEST REACHES OF ZION, FOR AS IT IS WRITTEN,

THY GOD REIGNETH . . . LEGALLY

By Dr. Dale Livingston, DLC, JD, tms

BEFORE I launch into the depths of this great journey of new understanding, it is needful that we have a common understanding as to what Zion is.  Although historically Zion was the ancient city of Enoch, it is today also somewhat a symbolical representation of the people throughout the world, wherever they may be, who are righteous in heart, or are desirous to be righteous in heart, and would become so in strict compliance to the commandments of the Lord, if they only knew how, and had the opportunity to so accomplish the intent of their heart.

The people of Zion consist of those people who desire with all of their hearts to follow the Lord, and to obey whatsoever commandments that he might give them, and to fight the battles that he employs them to fight, to put down evils, to heal the wounded, even the spiritually wounded and oppressed, and to bring balm and comfort to the poor and hapless, and to do all that is right in the sight of God, without being every moment commanded by God to do good, not a talebearer, not a backbiter, not a do-gooder, but a doer of good, not perfect, but seeking perfection where they shall find it, feeling their way after Him who hath made the worlds, that they might find Him, that they might serve him with all of their hearts, might, mind, and souls.  And though it does apply to the righteous people of this world wherever they might be, it, at this time, applies first specifically to this United States, where Zion first was, for as you may yet learn from this, Zion was found first upon this land, and not upon another land as has been thought by many up to now.  Understand that I am a scientist, and it is primarily as a scientist that I am speaking unto you here, although I am one of great understanding also, of the law and of other matters also.   This then is Zion as defined here.   Therefore, I say now to all that are of Zion, and in Zion, who will receive it, “Thy God Reigneth Over You - Legally, Constitutionally” as it is written. Amen, or So Be It, or I Approve That Which Is Written, Has Been Said, or Has Been Done.  Amen.

First and foremost, the message that I bring now in this work unto the world is a simple one:  Hold the Constitution of the United States of America - that most inspired document, inspired by the most high God - S T R O N G, and to every nation, tongue and People throughout the earth, Accept It and Embrace It, either in fact or in principle, when and where you can, and Be Vigilant in your defense of it, for in it there is much salvation, or healing, to be gained thereby.

Can the Constitution of the United States of America be expected to embrace and be embraced by God, even His Christ, upon His return?  It is true; He can do so, for the Constitution embraces the Judeo-Christian religion above all others.  “But how can such a thing be true?” you say.  "Doesn't the First Amendment of the Constitution prevent that sort of thing?"  No, truthfully, constitutionally, it does not, as you are about to learn, but not in the wisdom of man, for man's wisdom is nothing, but by inspired understanding from God.  For to understand these things, we must understand that if God inspired the Constitution, His signature must in some way be in it, endorsing it, so that all of the faithful will know that it is His, and that it is by He that it was inspired.

But how can these things be true?  Simply this.  Let us start with the word "Christmas," because it is a day that clearly marks the existence and specific act of honoring or paying tribute to Jesus Christ.  Therefore, if the word “Christmas” were contained in the Constitution - anywhere - we would instantly know that the Constitution could be construed - legally - as applying itself to the religion of Christianity, Christ being literally in it..  If the word “Christmas” were to be found in there, it would change everything.  Courts could be forced to recognize it, and would be forced to recognize the principles and laws that He, Christ, taught.  If we could only find the word Christmas in the Constitution.  But it’s not in there, is it?  No, the word Christmas is not in the Constitution.

Now, when God established the days of the week, he took one day, being the seventh day, and made an exception of it; that is to say, He hallowed it - or set it apart from the other days of the week, respected it differently.  He “excepted” it.  To “except” a thing is to “set it apart,” or essentially to hallow it.

When Christ was here, He stated that “He” was “Lord of the Sabbath.”  Because of who He was, He had Both the Right and the Power to redetermine what day the Sabbath should fall upon thereafter.  Such day would become His Day, in honor of what he would have done, for He would have “set it apart,” made an exception of it, or hallowed it.  Consequently, His Apostles (the word Apostle comes from the ancient practice of setting up a special “message post” in the wilderness upon which vital or important messages were written), being messengers crying in the wilderness of the darkness of the world, would continue thereafter by respecting and declaring the day which their Lord had “excepted,” or set aside, which they did.  Thus was that excepted day changed, being the first days in the beginning of  the world under the old testament - the seventh day of the week, therefore in the last days under the new testament became the first day of the week, that it might fulfill the scripture wherein it was prophesied that "the first shall be last and the last shall be first."

That day, being the day that Christ arose from the tomb, from death, being the day in which new life was to abound, just as his own life now abounded again, being the day which by all rights he should be honored, would be, was, and is, Sunday, the First Day of the Week.  Thus, a new Sabbath Day was born, established by he who had established the first Sabbath day as Saturday in the genesis of the world (God . . . . Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.  Hebrews 1: 1,2).  Therefore, even that same Christ, Jesus, who made this world and established the day of reverence on behalf of his Father accordingly, likewise expected, even required of his Servants, the Apostles themselves, that they revere the day upon which he re-entered the world, the day of his resurrection.

The observance of that day, being the First Day of the week and replacing the Seventh Day as the official Sabbath of our Lord, Jesus Christ, like unto new doctrine which replaces old doctrine, like new wine which breaks up old bottles, was considered to be a respect and an honoring of that very same Christ, and to no other religion’s god did that First Day of the week apply to.  The First Day of the week is more clearly understood when considering Mark 16: 9, where Christ arose; John 20: 19, where Christ appeared to His disciples, his first official act with his own Church; and Acts 20: 7, wherein the Lord's disciples, inclusive of the Apostle Paul himself, met together in a Church service of (depending on your religious perspective) the "Sacrament," or "Lord's Supper," or "Mass," wherein Paul the Apostle did preach the gospel unto them of the Church there, even the disciples of the Lord, for it was a meeting of disciples and not just friends gathered together for some other sort of casual celebration or affair.  These things, combined with other early or ancient historical accountings or records, establishes that the Apostles themselves did establish and follow the divine practice of meeting on the "First Day of the week, in honor of that same Jesus, setting the same First Day apart from other days, or excepting the same, in reverence and memory of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, thereby remembering and honoring, not his death, but rather honoring and revering His return to life!

Sunday, the "first day of the week," was understood to be the “excepted” day, respected ONLY by those who followed the one called Christ, even Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as it is to this very day.  Sunday is the hallowed day of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, beside whom there is none.  It is the day generally accepted as the (new) Sabbath of the Lord, Jesus Christ, by most of the religious world.  To so recognize the change of one sabbath day to another sabbath day, there had to be a reason.  The reason has just been set forth for you.  The reason is a matter of scripture; it is a matter of history; it is a matter of religious practice today; it is a historical and factual matter of the devoted practice of worship by the Founding Fathers, the Framers of the Constitution of the United States of America.  Amen.

In this ancient document or book referred to or known to the world as the Holy Bible, and in this case, the equivalent to the Jewish Torah, there are sometimes great truths that are scantily mentioned with hardly more than bare mentioning.  In the book of Genesis, for example, there is such a mentioning that involves such scientific issues as the existence of the great super-continent (made of all of the land that existed over the entire earth) believed by geophysicists to have existent some 40,000 years ago, the only calculation difference between the Bible and geophysics being the time discrepancy, which discrepancy I will go into in my next chapter.  In Genesis 1:9, we read: “And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear, and it was so.”

This language agrees with the scientific theory in geophysics that at one time all of the dry land was together in one place, a super-continent (Pangea), not a diversity of continents or islands as we have now.  With only certain questionable discrepancies between the two aforementioned accountings, would this be regarded as an absolute and total coincidence or, with certain scientific adjustments, correlative scientific facts?

But how did these lands become divided?  This answer is provided us in a statement so scanty or slight in its being said (so subtle that it hardly qualifies even as a "statement"), one can only wonder how such a marvelous event can be passed over in a writing as though it were only an "everyday occurrence" barely worth the mentioning.  In Genesis 10: 25 we read further on this subject: “And unto Eber were born two sons, the name of one was Peleg, for in his days was the earth divided.”  Such a marvelous scientific event which occurred, yet it was only barely mentioned as though it was hardly worth the mentioning.  Such is the Lord’s way, to tuck here and place there small clues to great truths, to escape the perceptions of haughty and wicked men, that true intelligent people, or those people who believe that they are intelligent, might be tested, tried, and determined as to the level of their trustable intelligence, for those who esteem themselves to be wise according to the wisdom of the world are confounded, and the learned man’s boastings are brought to naught.

Such also is the way of the Lord when he inspired that great and marvelous document known as the Constitution of the United States of America, to place or tuck inside of that esteemed work a small but powerful clue which reveals a technical-legal truth about his existence, making it legally binding upon all of the governments of the United States.

“Thy God reigneth,” (Isaiah 52: 7).  This is not simply a statement of revelation; this is a legal statement!  The issue as to who may have ultimate authority over the government(s) of a country is a definite issue pertaining to the legal authority of the person so claiming such right to exercise dominion or control over a country.  And such an issue, tucked subtly away, has been entered into and is contained in the Constitution of the United States of America, the erroneous claims by the supreme Court made pursuant to their First Amendment modern interpretations, notwithstanding.

In the Constitution of the United States, Article One, Section SEVEN (the number of the Original Sabbath Day), Clause TWO (two represents the minimal number of witnesses required to make any thing legally binding) we - the People - find the word "Sunday," for it is factually there..  But more importantly than merely to find the word itself, we also find that the Founding Fathers, the Legal Framers of the Constitution, EXCEPTED that specific day; set it apart; or consequently hallowed it.  The part of Article One, Section Seven, Clause Two that we are concerned with here reads as follows: “If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, . . . “).  You will note that not only is the day Sunday excepted therein, but the clause itself has been set apart by parenthesis; in other words the excepted Day has been further excepted as a legal matter by being put inside of a parenthetical phrase.  From a legal standpoint then, the day of Jesus Christ has been, and is, EXCEPTED or set apart or hallowed in and by the Constitution of the United States, by the Founding Fathers who wrote it and made it binding, and by the God, even Jesus Christ, who inspired them to so write it therein in the beginning.

Consequently, no matter what the theories of evolution may desire to claim (which according to my other scientific discoveries are wrong - as I shall hereafter reveal), the government under the Constitution of the United States of America belongs legally to Jesus Christ and to none other.  LEGALLY.  I said LEGALLYConstitutionally!  Consequently, Chief Justice Earl Warren, of the United States supreme Court, was wrong!  Legally wrong.  Absolutely, Legally Wrong!  And there is no legal basis for continuance of the practice of any government as to holding themselves out to be anti-God, or Anti-Christ.  Legally it is unlawful for them to do so.  LEGALLY Christ has every right to claim this nation as His own upon His return.  LEGALLY the People of the governments have the right to uphold God in their governmental practices, not respective of any particular God-honoring religion.  Issues of morality as was originally established by the People of the First Generation (see Chapter 4 pertaining to the Ninth Amendment herein) have every right to be continued and upheld.  To not be “disparaged” with all of that word’s many rich meanings, for thus it becomes the inheritance clause of the Constitution, making the Constitution inheritable and inherited by all generations according to that which the First Generation prepared and retained for them, their posterity.

I therefore say now unto the World, and to all those of the United States, whether or not in the land of Zion, or belonging to God in faith, Be of Good Cheer; God Is NOT Dead, But Is Very Much Alive, Scientifically, Which Is Reality, And Reigneth Over You - LEGALLY - Still.

For All are and will be LEGALLY accountable unto Him who created the worlds, and by whom the Constitution of the United States, and all other constitutions, even though unwritten, of every nation upon the earth are established, and were inspired and ordained.  It was and is by His Authority alone that these things have been done, as it is written and contained in the Celestial Constitution, to which all mankind ultimately owes their allegiance, for the same is the good word of God.

The Constitution of the United States belongs to Jesus Christ, and none other, for it was by the Framers thereof that his Day was therein established as hallowed, or set part, or excepted, which was done more specifically by being enclosed in parenthesis, thus setting it apart legally, for Christ the Lord has all authority over all forms of government of the United States, and none have the power to stop him or to resist his power, for his power is law, and his power is in the law.

No other religion or religion’s alleged deity may exercise authority or legal control over the United States except Jesus Christ, the Lord, for no other day exists therein whereby any other deity may establish itself over this People, even those still left among us who may be esteemed even at the lowest degree as the righteous at heart, even the People of Zion.  And no other day, as a day recognizing a deity, exists even as frequently as does the day of Sunday, which day occurs many times each year, approximately 52 times in number, greater than Christmas if the word itself were actually there, which it is not, and no other day, excepted or hallowed, has ever been put over the People in the Constitution of the United States. The day of Sunday, the First Day of the Week, reigns Supreme over the United States as being the only day wherein a Diety, even God Himself, has been and is recognized.  Legally.

And upon His return, Jesus, even the one called Christ, shall have all power and authority to enforce the Constitution just the way it was intended - by Him - and its interpretation will not be in greater harmony to those court interpretations that have caused it to hang by a thread, the thread of due process, due process being the only way in which the Constitution has not been done away with at this time, for the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments both proclaim the requirement for due process.  I warn you now that there are those who wear holy apparel and alleged to speak in patriotic tones who are steadfastly and with all zeal and effort trying to cut the thread of due process that the Constitution has long hung upon, that is, by doing away with the Constitution by due process.  From such as these, turn away.

So let us now prepare the right way of the Lord, that He should return to us, and heal us, that salvation, or a healing process, be poured out upon the earth, that peace might abound upon the hills, and in the valleys, upon the plains, and upon the oceans, once more.  Let us not procrastinate, but let us go forward and do those things to prepare the way of the Lord, running before the Lord in all things, for His time is soon upon us, and the law must be saved, even the good law of God which He has given unto man for man's own benefit, which law is the inspired Constitution of the United States of America.

And for those who would fain claim that the Constitution had (or has) no jurisdiction over them, both judgment and jurisdiction shall be upon them, for Jesus Christ is real, and His right to reign over the United States of America is now a foregone conclusion; He has the legal right upon His return, and it is not necessary for the Congress or the President to pass any law which grants Him the right of these things; He already has this authority, and the power, by the election of the most high God, is His alone.

Ponder these things in your hearts as you ought to do, you who shall read these words, for at no time has the city of the Lord needed more strengthening than at this critical time, during these last days.

May the God of Heaven and of Earth be with and before this people, even those who are righteous ones, that they might be preserved who believe in Him, and do his will,

Is my humble prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
